I usually read cookbooks like a novel but the 1st recipe i opened was for Argentine Pulled Pork. Used to live in Buenos Aires so that's the recipe I'll make 1st. Already enjoyed Scorching Sun on eggs & veggies. Thx for creating.
Book arrived the day before yesterday, so I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. But Brad, I gotta say you really nailed the recipe introductory paragraphs! Very entertaining. I sat down and read through every one of them and am now stuffed with sandwich inspiration.

This Cookbook Is loaded from cover to cover with awesome sandwiches. I’m in the process of smoking meats for my first recipe. Smoked pork dips. Mmmm
