Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package.

Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, with free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping rates may occasionally change during sales or special promotions.

We currently ship within the United States only, primarily using USPS and UPS.

Please make sure to include your apartment or suite number when entering your shipping address.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, doesn't meet your quality expectations, or simply isn't to your taste, please contact us within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered.

To request a refund or exchange, use our Contact Us page and include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request. If your order arrived damaged, please include photos of the package and damaged items so we can help resolve the issue.
