Very savory and delicious smoked barbacoa meat! It was such a treat to be able to enjoy this tasty and convenient meal for our whole family of four. We even had enough for leftovers! We will definitely be purchasing more.

As someone who’s spent time in the kitchen as a cook, I have a real appreciation for when flavors are balanced just right — and this Chili & Smoke Barbacoa nailed it. The Sonoran flavor profile was rich and layered without being overpowering, each bite perfectly in step with the next. It’s a humble food done with precision and intention, and that’s exactly what makes it shine. Hands down one of the best takes on barbacoa I’ve had.

Sooooo good. This is a great option for an easy weekday meal. Our whole dinner was ready in 15 minutes and so delish! The flavors and seasoning are next level. We put on pretzel bun sliders and my kids devoured it! I had a little left over and made a rice bowlnext day for lunch.

The meat was really good quality, and probably most important to me was that it was easy to prepare took about 10 minutes total for a good tasting plate of barbecue meat. It’s a nice way to switch up my meal plans!
